CDOC represents an application, which allows an efficient management of the documents inside the organization so they can be operated in a shorter time and in an organized way by the firm’s employees.

This application is also extremely useful for the management by the possibility to monitor the modality and the times in which the documents are managed.

  • ? The documents can be searched by different criteria of selection: key-word, document format, date, the person who created the document (if this is public), the last change etc.;
  • The access of the employees for different documents can be restricted or permitted;
  • You can store 10GB of documents for each user;
  • Once introduced in the system with the CDOC application, the documents can be saved in intermediate forms (final, needs to be reviewed);
  • Possibility to archive and use centralized at the level of departments and groups;
  • The document work flow represents one of the strong points of the application, this method being used for the exchange of interdepartmental documents;
  • The possibility to import or export documents in electronic format;
  • They can be accessed from PC, laptop, smartphone or tablets;
  • The possibility to send documents by e-mail;
  • Possibility to add commentaries on documents, underlining in this way the important details;
  • With the Cloud Project Manager module (included in CDOC) you can manage the projects, contracts, invoices and the documents connected with the project
