It represents an application which allows the storing of all information referring to the employees, clients or suppliers, making operations easier like invoicing, establishing meetings and the general management of the contacts

  • It allows the collecting and storing of complete information about business partners;
  • The contracts can be searched after different criteria like: name, activity or position domain, the age of the relation with the firm, address, etc;
  • There is no risk of damage or theft of information;
  • The contracts can be accessed from a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone;
  • Track the clients assigned to each employee the number of meetings held or discussion notes from meetings or telephone calls;
  • The possibility to restrict the access of the employees to certain contacts or sections with private character.
  • The contacts can be imported or exported using Excel documents
