Cloud Contact Management

CCM is an application which allows the storing of all information referring to the employees, clients or suppliers, making operations such as invoicing, establishing meetings and the general management of contacts much easier.

  • Allows the collecting and storing of complete information about business partners;
  • The contacts can be searched by different criteria such as: name, activity, title, address;
  • There is no risk of damage or theft of information;
  • The contacts can be accessed from a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone;
  • Tracks the clients assigned to each employee, the number of meetings held, or discussion notes from meetings or telephone calls;
  • The possibility to restrict access of employees to certain contacts or sections with private character;
  • The contacts can be imported or exported using Excel documents.
